Hello, I am Vivian Cranston and have been successfully serving my Real Estate clients since 1995. After spending approximately 5-years of my young adulthood in Spokane, I ultimately knew this was the place I desired to raise my children. In 1973 a job transfer took me to California, but in 1980 I returned, and have made the Spokane community my home ever since. Now, almost 30 years later, my husband Jim and I could not think of living anywhere else. The changing seasons and variety of activities available are unparalleled. (As a side note, my personal love for gardening has proved a perfect match with the wonderful climate found here.)
Our children, Mike and Deborah have since grown and are building their own lives. Mike, continues to reside locally, and has blessed us with two wonderful grandsons. While Deborah and her family reside in CA, they have blessed us with a grand daughter and a grandson. In so many ways, each of us has been enriched by our Spokane environment.
Over the years, Jim and I have also developed another extended family. This one includes special friends who continue to bring joy into our lives. Through these fun-loving relationships we find ourselves never wanting for things to do. Boating at Priest Lake, huckleberry picking, snowmobiling, Monday night football get-togethers and a revolving dinner club, have added laughter and interest to our lives here. Our friends are very dear to us and will continue to be an important part of our lives.
As for my Real Estate career, I found myself becoming involved quite by accident. In 1994, I was hired as a Marketing Coordinator by one of our local Real Estate firms. I truly enjoyed my job, but after serving one year in the position, I knew that I wanted to follow a long time dream I had, to be a Realtor. Thus, I became licensed amd began my journey in Real Estate.
It is this love for the Real Estate industry along with my professionalism and knowledge that I can personally offer you. Whatever your needs I will go to great lengths to make sure you are completely satisfied.
